Rob Adams has been working in media for over 25 years. Starting in television post production and moving to broadcast and now to digital, his expertise lies in optimized workflow for media, as well as integration between broadcast and digital environments for both live and on-demand content.
He and his team won the 2010 Gemini for Technical Achievement in Digital Media for the online delivery of the Vancouver Winter Games. Rob is currently the Senior Director of Video and Emerging Platforms for Rogers Digital Media.

David provides strategic creative direction and leads a multi-disciplinary user experience team focused on envisioning and designing content experiences for mobile, tablet, web and other new platforms across multiple broadcast and publishing brands. David believes in a mobile first media world.

Lisa Charters
VP Brands, New Media and New Channel Revenue, Kids Can Press
Lisa's career in publishing spans more than 25 years. The past 15 years have been focused in the digital sales and marketing space launching and marketing both digital and traditional content products and brand partnerships.
Prior to Lisa joining Kids Can Press, A Corus Entertainment Company, in October 2011, Lisa was SVP Director Digital at Random House of Canada where she positioned them as market leaders in providing content to consumers and directly connecting with them. During her more than 12 years at Random House, as the digital areas of the business continued to grow to be of significant importance, Lisa ensured that they were leveraged throughout the company.
In September 2010, Lisa worked with Web2Mobile to develop Random House of Canada's first app, Conversation Starters – Gold Medal Winner at the 2011 Digital Marketing Awards for Mobile Applications/Mobile Web. Lisa served as a committee member on the Canadian Marketing Association’s Digital Marketing Conference from 2007-2011 and was Co-Chair in 2010.
In 2008 Lisa was named a Strategy Magazine Marketer of the Year.

Mark has always been all about the arts, whether it be music, graphics or comic books. He started his career in set design working on the hit Toronto theater production of Beauty and The Beast. After 4 years, Mark’s need for creative challenge made him move on to a career in animation and design.
Working at Nelvana for over 18 years he has held many positions within the company. Mark’s current position as Art Director for Nelvana Enterprises has given him the opportunity to work with such companies as Activision, Mattel, Hasbro other major players in the licensing industry. Winner or numerous creative awards, his passion is rooted in working with an amazing team of talented designers who collaborate to create great products.
Mark works closely with Corus’ Interactive team on the development of Nelvana’s apps and web assets, and is looking forward to seeing what this new group of creative individuals can bring to the table.
